1. The fee is refundable up to 90 days of payment less a 25% transaction fee.

2. The fee is refunded from 91 to 180 days of payment less a 50% transaction fee.

3. The fee is not refundable after 180 days of payment.

4. The paid fee is good for up to ONE year from payment if payee does not attend the schedule class day.

5. If paid by credit card, the fee must be refunded to the identical card.

This policy is necessitated by contractual agreement with RFCEs credit card company and by corporate policies.
